Promotion rules
Promote Avid TCG Data honestly. Do not make misleading claims about prices, forecasts, subscription access, earnings, or guaranteed results.
No spam, forced clicks, cookie stuffing, fake accounts, misleading redirects, self-referrals, or paid ads using the Avid TCG Data brand name without written permission.
Share your links and codes with audiences that have a genuine interest in trading card data, collecting, grading, sealed products, or related TCG content.
If you mention the 50% first-month discount, make it clear that it applies to the first month only and that normal subscription pricing applies after that.
Referral tracking
Affiliate links use a 30-day referral cookie. If someone clicks your link and signs up within that window, the referral can be connected to your account.
We may refuse or adjust attribution where tracking is manipulated, where a referral is self-created, or where the customer did not genuinely come from your link or code.
Old approved codes may continue to point to your affiliate account, but you are responsible for sharing the correct current link where possible.
Subscriber discount
Customers who subscribe through an eligible affiliate referral can receive 50% off the first month. The discount is intended to help affiliates promote a clear first-month saving.
The discount does not guarantee commission by itself. Commission is only created from successful subscription payments that are eligible under these terms.
If a referred customer pays a discounted first month, commission is calculated from the discounted amount actually paid, not from the full standard subscription price.
Commission and holds
Commission is calculated from eligible subscription payments at the affiliate rate active when each commission record is created. Rate changes are not backdated.
Commission is based on the net subscription amount we record from the payment provider for that payment. Discounts, refunds, chargebacks, taxes, provider fees, and adjustments can reduce or remove commission.
Commission is held for 30 days to allow for refunds, chargebacks, payment failures, or cancellation checks. Held commission is not payable until it becomes available.
Annual subscription commission may be split into monthly commission records so payouts align with the subscription value over time.
Payouts
The first payout requires the published minimum threshold. After the first paid payout, future payout requests can be made for any available balance.
When you request a payout of available balance, we aim to process it within 3-5 working days.
Payouts are reviewed manually. A payout can be delayed, canceled, or adjusted if there are refund risks, suspicious referrals, incorrect payout details, or programme abuse.
UK affiliates may use PayPal or bank transfer where available. Affiliates outside the UK use PayPal unless another method is agreed in writing. You are responsible for giving us accurate payout details.
Content and brand use
You can use your own screenshots, short clips, and honest opinions about Avid TCG Data when promoting your link. Do not imply that you work for Avid TCG Data unless we have agreed that in writing.
Do not use Avid TCG Data branding in a way that looks like an official advert, support page, checkout page, or login page controlled by us unless we approve it first.
Account review
Avid TCG Data may approve, deny, deactivate, or block affiliate accounts to protect the programme. Deactivated or blocked affiliates do not earn new commission while under review.
Questions about a decision can be raised through support, and we will review genuine mistakes fairly.
